Which ignition setup are you using with MS? External Bosch quad driver? Maybe the ignition driver IC is on its way out, or the wire from MS to the driver is damaged?

I'm running the k-data pnp m42 ecu with built in drivers. Its possible for one of them to have shorted out, but I doubt it. We'll have to see.
