Ran into an issue today after a stroker motor build. The starter will not extend far enough to engage the flywheel. The car has an M50 swap, S52 crank, g240, m20 clutch and flywheel, and an M20 starter. Any ideas?
When I put an M20 flywheel on my M42 I had what I thought was an M20 starter but was actually an M50 starter, and it didn't work. I'd double-check the starter first. Otherwise, how did you do this swap? Machined flywheel to fit, or using a spacer like the M42 guys do?
