The flaming river stuff is about as nice as you can get. The fit is beyond precise and the price reflects it.

    ^What he said

I've had the Flaming River joints on my car for 1 year and 8k hard miles, not a single issue so far. I used loctite on the set screws and jam nuts, and drilled a notch for the set screw location as Ryan mentioned.

It's a good I dea you got the pedals installed before you put the motor in. I recomend flushing the ABS and lines with fresh fluid and then bleeding the FACK out of the pedals. They are a pain in the ass to bleed. Hopefully you remembered to bench bleed first. Be prepared to take them out a few times to make proper adjustments

So how's this going? Are you driving yet? I'm tempted to follow in your footsteps with the pedal setup once I get back into this swap.

Almost. The motor and transmission are seated in their final positions. I was just held up on updating this thread because of fuel lines that took a while to arrive from Germany. Just finished installing everything back together yesterday. Pictures up soon.

                Update: August 7th

The car is inching it's way towards the road. Still need to pick up a few more parts, but I'm pretty much at the point where I can slowly begin to put everything back together and fire her up.

Painted the engine and valve covers and did some required maintenance.

Motor sitting in the rear most position.

All new pre-bent fuel lines I waited over a month for. (Old ones were rusted through in some spots)

Shifter linkage cut to fit E30. (ZF 310Z)

Needed to purchase a manual transmission mount since the car was originally autotragic. (Bolts up perfectly, no modding required)

Mocked up FrankM's exhuast setup I got off of him a while back, no issues whatsoever.

                                Pre-bent and all? Impressive.

Now I've got the itch to work on my car.

                                Ugh. Lol.
