Header and DP are 2in that will most likely go into 3in or 2.75 all the way back.

So last nit a bit of a update, I ordered more tubing for my headers so I can make my down pipes and I think I did pretty well so far on the Passenger side, and apologies if my welds don't look all that great I'm still learning TIG with my old miller Maxstar 150.

OK a little update. I ordered the wrong pedal setup but after a little machining and welding they worked just fine, I have them all in the car now and I'm bolting up the steering column now which I kinda forgot that I need the Non-ABS column. Btw does anyone know the difference in the columns?

also do it matter which brake line goes into the ABS unit?

Has anyone yet to find a build thread with the M60b44 swap? That was dynoed? I'm still curious about the power n what I'm getting into

Yeah, those headers, as is, will basically be butted up against the firewall. I don't even think there's room for a sharp 90* bend at the end of them. The only place for the downpipes in an m60 e30 is tucked right up against the bottom of those loops on the side of the block (where the starter goes). Literally, right up against them.

Unless that engine is going in at a crazy angle or you've graduated cum laude from hogwarts.... There's no way those headers will work in an e30.

going to try and finish the driver side sometime this weekend. After that will start on the install of the brakes.
