someone on my local craigs was selling an unused complete fiberwerkz kit with side skirts for around 600 bucks. i just went to look for the link but the ad is gone. it was up for a really long time, so it may have expired.
going oem would likely cost over 3 grand buying used parts with all new clips and hardware. if you don't want side skirts, you could probably do it for 2. hopefully the aftermarket kit would be a good cost savings even after the price of installation?
an advantage of the factory kit is that it will add to the value of the car if you were to sell it down the road. the fiberglass kit probably will not. it may actually have a bit of the opposite effect.
When searching for a OE kit, I kept coming up short. I haven't seen any for sale. All I need is front and rear bumpers. Definatly let me know if you come across any....I prefer OE if i could but I'm not worried about the DTM either if that's what I'm stuck with..

let me know if you have problems installing that kit. when i first started playing with e30's, I had an alpina front spoiler from them and well....it didn't fit so good. i ended up just selling it.
hopefully you will have better luck.
Oh gosh, I hope it's not to much drama to get installed/fitted. I've read mixed reviews but nothing bad enough to keep me away. I figure any kit will require some finessing for proper install.

its such a shame factory kits are so hard to find.
Not to interrupt our fabulous discussion on braking do's and don'ts BUT...... a bunch of cosmetic goodies arrived while waiting on the car to get wrapped up at Mayhem Motorsports.. $2800 bucks later and BOOM! Let me know what you think.
I've driven several hydroboosted cars/vans, my setup felt just like all of them. I think I'm just describing the difference wrong. I should probably do an ABS delete one of these days. I bet that would help my pedal feel. Brakes are 100% bled fine. And have been bled like 18 times.
I'm not sure I've ever seen the sikky hydroboost on an M60 swapped car. I had the hydroboost and manual on my LS2. I think something is just fubar with my braking system and I don't know what. It's always felt off.
I will say the hydroboost unit does add some disconnection to your brakes. I don't know how to explain it, but your foot on the pedal isn't direct to the brakes. It takes a second for the pressure to build or something. Flooring the pedal didn't feel the same. I honestly prefer the manual brake feel. But, you do what you got to do.
hmmm.....i think you definitely have something wrong here. probably there is still some air in your lines. it could also be a problem with the abs pump if you still have it installed. i have the same hydrobooster on my f350 diesel pickup. my brakes work fantastic on that vehicle and it weighs about 6500 lb.
it sounds like you have a lot going on in your life right now but i would first try pressure bleeding all your brake lines
Uh, you do it and document it for me lol. I'm tired of mucking with stuff. And I'm selling my house at a loss so uh, I don't even have the money to fix my fans right now. Or buy front tires.
Yoshi why don't you go to the junkyard buy an astro booster modify the plate on it thread the push rod and run a trailblazer 1" master then run custom lines which I believe are 2 2' long high pressure hoses and then a low pressure I'm probably in mine around $200. Grant it its not been tested yet but should be on the road in July
The dual master setup halves your effort (more or less). So it's likely not an issue for you. Got a link to that wilwood setup? I wouldn't mind swapping to it if it was cheap enough.
