So quick up date:

Re-wiring the car again and installing a ECU Master PMU 16. This will eliminate all the relays and fuses and make the wiring a lot cleaner. Once the wiring is complete the intake to the blower and the exhaust will be fabricated. Also changing the fuel lines under the hood to tubing for a cleaner and safer install.

So a couple of things have changed. I decided not to go the PMU route, and I ended up going to another shop to finish my exhaust.
