    Hoffmeiser Kink Trim Clips

Bottom corner of my left side Hoffmeister Kink trim will not stay in place.

I haven't pulled it off to check, but I believe there is one side of the clip/bushing on the car and the other on the trim.

Does anyone know the part numbers by chance?
RealOEM isn't clear to me which parts I need.

    .

do you mean the vent behind the window ? it pops off as a unit. slide the gutter clip - 14 - forward, and the whole thing will pop off the car. it's held in place by some plastic body grommets - 20 - and clips - 18. a little lower it's held by a clip and grommet combo - 19.

it's easiest to treat it as a single part and pop the thing off whole to work on it if you have to investigate further.

I just replaced the seals and grommets on the passenger side trim piece. All of your grommets appear to be in much better shape than mine were, but maybe they are worn out. I'd start by replacing the grommet that the bottom pin of the trim piece fits into.

BTW, great job removing your trim. I bent the crap out of my bottom pin as it got stuck to the body. I had to bend it back in place since I mangled the hell out of it.
