water pump access

Looks like I have small leak coming from the water pump. I can tighten 1 of the 3 bolts by removing the splash shield from underneath the car and looking up, but can’t see the other 2. I last did the timing belt and water pump in August of 2019 so I don’t remember how accessible it is.

What do I need to remove to access the other 2 bolts to tighten them up?

If your WP is leaking after 4 years I doubt tightening the bolts will work for long. It also could be the bearing. Either way, 4 years you're about due for a timing belt.
