I swapped in a VDO cluster into my 325i and now it seems like the speedometer is reading about 10% faster than I am really going. Do I need a different coding plug? I know the moto's have an adjustable speedo and the vdo's do not, but I did not think it would be a 10% discression. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have not done this personally, but from my searching apparantly there is a slide inside the cluster on the speedo that you can adjust + or - to compensate for differences in minor tire size. I don't think it adjusts more than 5% though! The difference between porcupines and BMWs is that porcupines have the pricks on the outside!
