Did you make sure the Horn wire is in the right plug? I had the same issue with a Momo wheel.

you have it wired wrong. One wire goes to ground the other goes to power. If you wire it backwards when you bolt everything up it automatically grounds the 12v and your horn turns on.

The one wire should go to the button postive, im pretty sure the button grounds through the wheel/hub.

It does. Make sure that wire doesn't touch anything either. I had that problem on my steering wheel.

so the contact on the hub is positive and then i need to add a ground?

I can put the wire on either and still the horn just goes off even with the horn button mounted.I can take the wire and touch the colum and has no effect.

your steerign wheel is installed incorrectly, basically its on to tight and it is using the steering wheel as a button for the horn.

                        nvm
used a paper clip and twisted it to one of the connectors on the back of the horn and then twisted it around a section of the inside of the hub.
i put the single wire on the other connector on the back of the horn and presto!
