HELP: E36 P/W switch install on E30

        Not quite sure but I do know that it didn't work for me when I had them switched.

            Are you sure you identifyed the e36 switch cable colors right? The e30 diagram i gave you is correct so maybe you got the wrong diagram for the e36 switches.

              that's what i need help with.

              the attached the negative of my power supply to the black on the switch and red on my tester. Here are the results:

                  Yes, it was the 2nd ground that threw me off.

                    Yes, it was the 2nd ground that threw me off.

                    What did you do to make it work? Having the same problem of blowing out fuses
