With a 200k M20 and a chip I would wager you are still making less than stock factory HP, although 108whp is a joke. And 153whp for a 7psi turbo is very low too, I have seen stock M20s make that but just like Chris said the numbers mean nothing and can't really be compared.

He was using a small turbo that spooled up by about 2500 rpm, so it made huge torque down low, but ran out of breath about 5000-5500 rpm. Since then he switched to a larger one, but hasn't dyno'd it yet.
