Breather tube left me with a driveway full of oil the first time I brought the car home after the motor swap.

Oil pan gaskets don't normally "piss" oil. They just seep and drip

Might not of ever been your oil pan.
Have you checked around the oil filter housing for leaks?

Is your pan cracked? My friends pan had a hairline crack and it leaked fairly quickly and it can give the illusion that it leaking somewhere else. Jack it up and look around.

Find where it is dripping from, work your way up.

No my pan is not cracked. I just changed it 2 days ago. Im going to have it check out tomorrow, my mechanic said it could be the oil filter housing. Thanks for the help guys. Just wanted some ideas of were it could be coming from.

just clean off the oil oil.
                  start the car.
put on lift and raise it up.
                  watch for said oil leak.

-should be easy to track when everything is clean

I already told you exactly how to diagnose this issue. You don't listen, or read as the case may be. I hope you blow your e30 up and trade it straight across for a shitty EK Honda Civic.
