Washer nozzles wont spray

The tank has liquid, the pump works, however neither of the nozzles will spray (not even a little). So I took a look and found that all of the spray was coming out of the T fitting.

The question is: is it spraying out because the T fitting is faulty or because there is back pressure from clogged nozzles or otherwise?

T fitting needs to be replaced. But im sure your nozzles need to be cleaned or replaced. Back flush your nozzles with pressurized water or high pressure air.

Soak them in CLR for a few and then it will clear the nozzle out.
