This is an easy one, Remove the door panel, lower the window all the
way, look for the plastic block that stops the window at the bottom,
remove the block and remove as much material as you need to get the
window down all the way, don't remove too much at a time.
Got tired of the dent in my elbow/arm and dug into it, not a difficult task.

If its a late model be aware that the plastic block is on the back side of the drive mechanism. Its held on by a bolt that is visible on the front side in a slotted hole but the slot doesn't give you enough adjustment to allow the window to go down far enough. Do not remove so much material that the top edge of the window goes below the seal on the door.
