Fan clutch tool, or 32mm bicycle wrench.

You need to use a hammer and wack on the 32mm wrench. Make sure to catch the wrench when the nut is free.

Unbolt the pump while the fan is attached. Clamp the impeller in a vise and you're good.

One can put a pry bar on the bolts of the water pump pulley to keep them from spinning.
There is the mystical method of put wrench on nut and have your friend start the car...........(if you do this please you tube it)

I usually have a partner tug on the water pump belt to get it to grip the pulley, stick a large crescent wrench on the fan nut and then smack it with a dead-blow hammer. Works every time.

unscrew one of the three bell bolts enough to get a chain link on it. secure that chain to something that won't move with no slack. use a regular adjustable wrench on the fan nut turning clockwise.
