It is not a good idea to only upgrade the fuel injector, because it may run too rich and to the point 'flood' your engine. (btw, did you check those injectors - are they clean / rebuild?)
If it turns out the starter is ok, and it has spark, and intake is good (no leak), then I would check your fuel system such as pump, filter and pressure regulator (maybe a good idea to upgrade to a variable one) + upgrade your DME it would give correct A/F ratio.
The injectors he installed will work fine. I have a set installed and if anything they work a little better than before. And I get almost 30 mpg. You don't need to worry until you start getting to 19lb+. That said, it still sounds like a bad starter solenoid until we get more info.
yes they are the green top injectors. im uploading a video now. again guys im sorry for the late video and late responses. im in the USAF, and were working longer shifts on the flightline to get ready for the upcoming holidays. be back in a moment.
I actually had some time to think it over and go through some trouble shooting. im narrowing it down to the fuel portion. i dont hear my fuel pump priming at all when i switch the car on. so im going to make me a jumper with a inline fuse and toggle switch. bought all the parts today and ill put it all together and jumper the fuel pump relay and see goes on then.
im also going to check for spark when i get a buddy of mine to come over and give me a hand with that. but im leaning more towards the fuel system.

The only time the FP is getting power is when the CPS tells the relay to close. Jumpering the relay should work as an instead of the CPS. If it works then, replace your CPS
i think its safe to say its my fuel pump. but i will go a step further and check the lines going to the relays to make sure the electric side is good aswell.

Do you mean 87 and 30? Did you check for voltage at those pins? Also beware, I had this almost identical problem and replaced the fuel pump and it did not fix the problem. Granted, my issue seemed to move throughout the car, but it's just a fair warning.
