E30 S52 motor swap?

I want to do the s52 swap and was wonderig if I could just use the block from M roadster, since it is alu, and the head, intake, DME and wiring harness form a 1993 or 1994 m50 with VANOS or go with the non vanos m50 head and stuff.

I found the receipt for those mounts. PN 23 71 1 175 424 and they are 10.70 from Inter Auto. Not a bad way to go. Firm, but not as harsh as the urethane.
