Looking great! We used stock GM header gaskets as we did not feel ok using just hi-temp RTV -- which is Sanderson's recommendation. No problems after 30k miles.

I'm looking to start a similar project and the build looks great. Very nicely done and the pics are awesome.

What are you doing for the rear end/subframe?

My girlfriend was nice enough to unravel the wiring harness, remove the factory felt/tape, clean all the wires and plugs. We then feed the wiring harness through the firewall and re-wrapped them in new painless braided wrap....

We are running all the chassis wires within the fenders and doing a wire tuck on the engine...

+1 Was thinking the same thing myself...wouldnt the diff need parts for the added hp/torque?

I've been really wanting to try the lizard skin stuff, looks like it works well. Good to see Lee continuing to pump out excellent products for us all! This is such a great project, can't wait to see more!
