Any chance of custom colors for anodizing too?

I'm going to say no because anodizing color rarely looks like what you would expect... it's really a translucent effect, not solid like powdercoating. Black is pretty simple, red is reasonable, but other colors can be unpredictable.

Indeed.. a fellow in my neighbourhood anodized a set of rims (!) red, which came out pink. They look really excellent on his red prelude. :o

Is this kit available with slotted rotors? Really debating between this kit and Massive 2 piece rotor kit.

And will a similarly priced kit be produced for the E30 M3. The alcon kit is too pricey.

There are alternate Wilwood rotors that we can supply, including slotted, drilled (race lightened), and combination slotted+drilled. Pricing does vary, and Wilwood does charge extra for the additional features.

And will a similarly priced kit be produced for the E30 M3. The alcon kit is too pricey.

We are exploring additional options for the E30 M3.

Status update:

The kit is installed, brakes are bled, and this is all that has to be said:


WOW.



These brakes kick major booty. Once the brake bleeding was done, the car would STOP just by as much as breathing on the brake pedal! I did a test at half the pedal travel I would normally use for a hard stop and I was halted to a stop in less time than the stock system at full strength. I am overall very impressed with the kit, and would recommend it to any fellow E30 enthusiast.

Wow I just read all nine pages. Right now I don't need a bbk but when I do I will definitely be buying yours Rob (my name too!). It looks like you have a great product at a great price. I really like the red anodized, it looks good. Do you know if there is somewhere that could anodize my rear calipers to match when I do this? Also, you are located in Atl correct? If so I will have to stop by this summer when I'm visiting.
