heres what im dealing with:

the rubber is completely separated from the center sleeve.
I rented the subframe bushing removal/installation tool and started the process this AM. Problem: after unbolting everything and then prying the subframe from the car on one side, instead of the entire bushing releasing off the car, the rubber gave out and left the center metal sleeve still stuck. how the hell do i get it off? its been PB blasting and soaking for hours now, banging at the end sideways with a hammer, it wont budge and now there is no weight from the subframe to pull it down. HELP! cant heat it up, the gas tank/lines are too close.
