      I've got IE Stage 3 springs and every bushing has been replaced with AKG 75D. It was damn near impossible to do anything to those bushings, so I don't even know if it would be possible to adjust anything with them since there's so little give.

        Have them but the entire rear section is on saw horses waiting to be installed..
        And the bushing do not have to "give". You could in theory use solid steel bushings..It's the bolts that go through the bushings that adjust. The bushing's just slide within the weld on brackets.

          You will be fine. Adjusting the toe/camber will minutely affect the axis of the trailing arm bushing pins (bolts) vs. the trailing arms, but it will be by a trivial amount.
