The only reason i can think of for changing boosters is if you're doing a 24v motor swap and the intake manifold won't clear the booster. I'm not sure where your friend heard that, but it's not true.

BTW do you happen to have extra fittings that I would need to use to get the E30 brake lines to fit the rx7 calipers?Team HybridsComment

I'd go with Hawk HPS front and rear for a good street/moderate track setup.

Ok guys I started a wheel fitment database and hosted it on my website. Let me know if you have any additions.
But here is the pic you can use on your site:
I also just got my spacers in to run Esm 008 16x9 et15 so I'll try to get pics in later.
*just noticed on your site you needed pics/write-up of the install? If you still need someone to do it, I'm game. My car ain't going anywhere til my m50 swap is done and being unemployed gives me lots of free time lol-Frank

i originally had a bias valve on my black car, but ended up running it all the way open so it really wasn't doing anything. With similar pad compounds in front and back, the bias is just fine.Comment

I have an extra set of brackets and line adapters if anybody is interested. ;)Comment

So I always get confused with offsets. I run a 16x8 xxr i think they are 002's with a zero offset. Will this work better with these brakes or will I need huge spacers to make work? Also do you run the stock ABS with this set up? And finally I believe the rotor size used is a 280mm with these rotors, what is the stock size rotor?
Thanks for the help.Kevin Gibson

Offset is really not as much of a factor as the internal spoke design. Wheels with concave spokes will have more caliper clearance than deep dish style wheels regardless of offset.
That said, I don't think the XXR 16x8et0 was designed with brake clearance in mind.
There's no need to mess with the ABS when running this setup. Stock rotors are 265mmComment
