    IE BBK installed, finally :)

    man, finished it.
had to find a master cylinder since my oem unit went bad after BBK install.
swaped it with one from a 90 750iL, straight swap, 25mm unit. love it :)

This may be a stupid question, but is the BBK from IE used?

IE sale new ones and I think this kit was phased out since they offer an updated kit..

I bough it used from some guy in one of the other boards.

            IE's 25/22 combo.

i asked in another board, but can you tell me your car hieght measured at gaps between fenders to body as well as atop anti-ding strip on door.

car is ready for an aligment so looking for camber, caster and toe in readings for a street set up.

it' s an 87 325ic, and here's the suspension set up...

            thanks,
            Frank

5º positive camber, turn your m3 bushings inside out, and finally retract your tierods in as far as they go. Ultimate street setup.

I second that question. How is the improvement over a modded stock setup? Is it worth the $1000.00 for a new IE BBK setup?

thre's defenetly an improvement over oem based on stopping distance.
then again i'm runing heavy 17" and never took the time to actually measure distance.

oem 14's onto oem tires weight 34 lbs.
                    found a 17 rim with 205 40 that came in at 36
but i'm running 215/45 and they are 8 lbs heavier than oem.
maybe there a number cruncher out there that can come up with the formula for inertia x whatever

can someone with cabrio and oem brakes post stopping distances from 60 to 0 and perhaps a bit higher speeds too ?
not parking lot but on actual paved road please.

I'll take it to my local deserted canyon and measure what i get.
