Stiff pedal, poor braking performance, sounds like blockage or a crimp in the lines. I'd take 'em off, run compressed air through them and reinstall. Perhaps the MC is shot. Is it new, used, rebuilt? More info please.

      Afterthought:

I just read the first page of the link you posted above. Sounds like you already know the answer. At least it's been brought to your attention.

You've been led to the watering hole, now all you need to do is drink.

its a brand new one. the reason its stiffer is because its a 25mm instead of the stock 14mm

You would open the bleeder, then press the pedal??

Just bleed it like Brew said. That's the best way i know of without using a pressure bleeder. It's the same way I bled my clutch.

if you are getting fluid out of the bleeders and there are no air bubbles... then you are fine. it sounds to me like you dont have a problem and should probly go to the gym. The 25mm master cyl is harder to push, because the larger piston doesn't move as far to push the same amount of brake fluid

i felt like my seat was going to break i was pressing so hard. I will test it a little bit more, but id rather be driving knowing that i can stop faster rather then not

did you put the gasket behind the master cyl? there is an o-ring that goes between the master cyl and the booster.... if that is missing you wont have power assistance, and would cause poor braking

booooya, im not sure but i dont think thats in there. I just took off the old MC and put the new one on? but i remmeber it came with at least the 2 seals on the top for the tank, i guess i will check this weekend

i just went down there but i didnt take the mc off cause i need to turkey bast the fluid out of the tank. although i did press on the brake pedal a few times to get any possible booster pressure out, then i stood on the pedal (it moved like 3 inches) then i started the car and the brake pedal didnt move at all

Really? They are that small? I wouldn't have thought that.
