Where Does This Part Go?

They attach to the rear subframe on top of it and it holds the ABS sensor wires from flapping around.

ummm no, #16 is the bolt...order 4 of them OP!

16 is the clip that holds the abs sensor wire. I believe it fastens to the chassis next to the subframe when mounted under the car
