So they're more expensive than BMA... As usual.

Yeah but you can order one at a time with Blunt. BMA has minimum order requirements.

Bought 2 from BMA last Thursday and they arrived yesterday. Quick shipping and I paid a little over $50 for both and free shipping!

I have come across an issue.... I was removing the wheel bearings with a rear wheel bearing removal kit and slide hammer....it was going great until only the inner part of the wheel bearing came out..the outer ring that holds the entire thing together decided it wanted to stay inside....is there any possible way to remove it without having to grind and cut it/ or replacing the trailing arms completely? wheels bearings just don't like me very much.

Shouldn't have needed a slide hammer if you have a wheel bearing kit. They always fall apart when using hard impact.

sorry I needed to be more descriptive.."kit" as in the kit used with slide hammer. The ones shown below.

Yeah I have never had much luck with the slide hammer and e30 wheel bearings.

If you need a cheap kit, do one of these...

The slide hammer was a free rental tool. And ^that kit looks much better and I might actually have some harbor freight coupons laying around and I could possibly get it for cheaper. But I don't know if this will work now and get the outer ring out.

It should. I have used that kit on an e30 before and one of the cups is the same size as the outer race on an e30 bearing.

Oh, and your tool loaner should have a similar kit.

I'll have to go buy the set and try it out.

No, they didn't have it I double checked before I even looked at the slide hammer. But I might be better off buying the kit, maybe Ill do the front wheel bearings after I get the rears done.
