You dont need that screw, all it does is position the bolt holes for the rotor/hub. The studs/bolts will actully hold the rotor on.
I had to drill mine out when I did brakes, havent had them since (3yrs now)
no problems since.

Interesting. Does the rotor rotate on you when you're trying to put the wheel on? 3yrs for me also and yes it does rotate when your tiring to get wheels on but its not to big of a problem.Comment

Yeah and that's what the pin in your toolbox is for. It goes in the hole, plastic side first and you place the wheel over it.
