You dont need that screw, all it does is position the bolt holes for the rotor/hub. The studs/bolts will actully hold the rotor on.
I had to drill mine out when I did brakes, havent had them since (3yrs now)
no problems since. -

3yrs for me also and yes it does rotate when your tiring to get wheels on but its not to big of a problem.Comment

Yeah and that's what the pin in your toolbox is for. It goes in the hole, plastic side first and you place the wheel over it.Comment
