I lived in Detroit for 4 years, one of the only states in the US without tractor trailer weight restrictions, and during Kwame's reign on top of that - which meant zero funding for road repairs.

4 years with an 80/60 drop, and hardly ever bottomed out.

The bridges would get so bad you could see the grating underneath.

This is in petaluma, outskirts of the bay, which doesnt see much traffic. Disregard mr sanders... KFC funded some pothole repair. You can see 5 huge potholes in a 15ish foot span.





In SF, its much much worse.

My point is, you still shouldn't be bottoming out all the time, especially with only a 60/50 drop. Something doesn't sound right.

ALL of my suspension was redone last fall. Anything more than an inch at normal driving speed and i bottom out. This also happened with my H&R sports on billies too.
