Supersport24 spring hats and Bilstein Sports>Crappy Pic

Well when I first posted pics with the new Cr7's, a few of you had
mentioned that the front could be a hair lower, I agreed, so I installed the
Bekkers spring hats, also went with Bilstein sports, did not lower it as
much as I would have liked but I think it made a bit of a difference :|
Sorry for the second crappy pic, I didn't have my good digi.

how do you like the ride now? And how much of a drop did it give?

I think your car looked fine before... but I guess it couldn't hurt for the front to come down a little more. Having said that, I can't really see much difference in the two pics because of the angles.

The bilsteins firmed up the ride a lot, perfect for a daily driver, the spring hats claimed to lower the front 10-20mm so...I can tell because it's my car but most can't tell the difference, hopefully the bilsteins will settle.

that's probably it, the bilsteins are gas pressurized so they will raise your car a little bit. you still running spring pads?

Yeah, I figured any drop the spring hats gave me was taken away by the
Bilsteins, still running spring pads but they were flat as pancakes, wouldn't have made a difference, hopefully they will settle, if not I might have to look into coilovers.

it looks fine, I wouldn't worry about it unless it really bothers you.

You need some real tires to get rid of that fender gap. 225/45 would still give you the "stretched" look you desire, give you a better ride, better handling, and would fill up that gap.

I never said I desired any stretched look, the tires are basically
brand new and came with the used wheels. I do agree my next
set of tires will be a meatier tire, maybe 215/45/16's, with
225/45/16's I'd have rubbing issues in the rear, yes fenders are
                    rolled flat.

Oh, sorry. I must have mixed you up with someone else.

Looks the same to me. I would never run deep spring hats again, too much bottoming out...

Yeah, I remember you mentioned that but it hasn't been an issue for me, had them on for a bit on all kinds of roads.
