Very tough to get a pic that accurately shows how much negative camber.

          Hmmmm....

Looks like perhaps some positive toe, but nothing close to 5 degrees, at least from the pics.

I would replace them with Meyle arms if they are bad. Only get proper brand parts as they perform and LAST vs cheap Chinese aftermarket junk.

Pictures would greatly help, Tires; both sides and a full shot with the wheel turned out. And maybe some of the bushings if you can do so.
I have installed hundreds of control arms and ball joints. Meyle are not the great (one of the cheaper brands) and I personally am not even fond of the Lemforder. I had a client bring in Lemforder arms and came back a few months later for shocks and I could shake the joints with my pinky - maybe 2000 miles of Florida roads should not kill ball joints that fast. I keep the OEM control arm cores and press in Moog ball joints. We have had them on the track and are still nice an stiff after multiple weekends.

Should I try to swap the arms out and see if this fixes the problem?

It's tough to diagnose with only the two pics.

My suggestion is to take it to a good alignment shop and find out what the numbers really are. Your pics don't really give us much to draw from.

Your control arms aren't the culprit. To change camber, they would have to be moved outboard, which is very unlikely. Lolipop bushings aren't going to change camber to the degree you are describing. Bad bushings are more likely to affect caster.

If the car was lowered when you got it, and you changed to stock springs, it will give you positive toe.

Bad ball joints and/or wheel bearings may add a small amount of negative camber, but I would think you would also have driveability issues such as wandering, vibration and/or noise.

No, I haven't. I was going to, but $$ is a little tight right now, and I would like to only align it once if possible. I'm thinking I'll need to replace more parts now to correct the suspension....

Your pictures don't look near as bad as you're describing.

So you spend a couple hundred to fix something that may not exist and would have cost you $50 on an alinement rack to verify?
