Very tough to get a pic that accurately shows how much negative camber.

I would replace them with Meyle arms if they are bad. Only get proper brand parts as they perform and LAST vs cheap Chinese aftermarket junk.
Pictures would greatly help, Tires; both sides and a full shot with the wheel turned out. And maybe some of the bushings if you can do so.

It's tough to diagnose with only the two pics.
My suggestion is to take it to a good alignment shop and find out what the numbers really are. Your pics don't really give us much to draw from.
Your control arms aren't the culprit. To change camber, they would have to be moved outboard, which is very unlikely. Lolipop bushings aren't going to change camber to the degree you are describing. Bad bushings are more likely to affect caster.
If the car was lowered when you got it, and you changed to stock springs, it will give you positive toe.
Bad ball joints and/or wheel bearings may add a small amount of negative camber, but I would think you would also have driveability issues such as wandering, vibration and/or noise.

I was going to, but $$ is a little tight right now, and I would like to only align it once if possible. I'm thinking I'll need to replace more parts now to correct the suspension....
