Comprehensive guide to extreme lowering?

It's certainly lowered, but I would also not really say that car is that low. My car is on full length strut housings with GE coils all the way down and it's still not very low.
ix Konis are waiting to go on, though :)For all things 24v, check out Markert Motorworks!Originally posted by mbonanniI hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.

Got pictures of your car?
I'm going to be on stock length struts on gc till I get shortened shocks.

Oh man a touring.
Looks good enough for me.
I know my ride will be harsh. Pretty much on Bump stops.

I put proper sized tires on it and now I have even more wheel gap in front. went from 225/45R17 (oversize) to 215/40R17 (stock equivalent size). I was happy with how it was before, but I'm ready for some real lowness now. Not gonna get too crazy with any more stretch or crazy camber. I actually used the subframe riser bushings to try to help correct camber in the rear since I was replacing them anyway.
I dont find the ride on my car too bad, even with the smaller tires. For all things 24v, check out Markert Motorworks!Originally posted by mbonanniI hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.

Ok I want to emphasize that this isn't meant for advertising, but it may help the OP with visual understanding. This is a component list for proper coilovers. The basic methodology can be transferred to GC or GE c/o's.
