H&R race/sport use a progressive spring rate compared to anything eibach(ie3) has a fixed rate. H&R will be more of a forgiving ride, ie3 will be stiffer so it comes down to personal preference. IE3 are cheaper than H&R race by like 40ish dollars also.
Personally I like my H&R Sport + Bilstein Sport combo.
Rides better then stock (just as comfortable, but a little firmer). Doesn't have a jarring ride over bumps like a racecar.
I've heard good things about thicker sways with this setup. That will be my route in the future.
My only wish was that the rear was a little lower. Maybe it will settle over time?
