Dropping the car the right way?

So I finally ordered a set of springs and shocks.

It's Low-tech sport shocks, their upper tier shocks.
The springs are 40/35 for a moderate drop and hopefully not too much uneven tire wear.

Okay, so this is what it used to look like:



And now I've got the front shocks and springs installed.



It's about 1.75 inch b/w tire and fender in the front and with whatever springs are in the back it's 2.75 inch clearance there. It's a bit lower than it's s'posed to be as I had to re-weld the upper spring cups and that probably gave me a 1/2 inch lower car just that.

I'm really liking the aggressive downward sloping angle of the car so I'll just keep the rear springs and install the new shocks and leave it there.

And from the old parts there was a decent spring and a decent shock, the rest was all trash. =p So good thing I did this!

it is actually an allusion. the rear arches are lower than the front and make it look like the butt of the car is sagging.

the rear of my car is 1.25 inches higher than the front.

So, just for the aesthetics I should probably stick with the stock springs. Or what do you all think looks the best?

These 35mm springs would drop it another 1.4 inches in the rear.

running the stock springs will be terrible. you will have rear end bounce like nobody's business. the brand of springs and shocks you got werent on my recommended list so im not sure of their rates and quality but i bet they wont do well if you run rear stock springs.

So the spring rates for the Lowtec kit are:
Front: 285 lb/inch progressive (106 original 325i)
Rear: 450 lb/inch progressive (245 original 325i)

Quite the difference for both the rear and front. This is definitely a no go for mix and matching springs and shock, right?

This explains a lot. These were my rear springs;



One is a BMW original, and the other is an Eibach.
