Try riding in someones car before picking rates.
I have 375f/475r and it is plenty stiff for me. I run mine pretty low and have a decent rim+tire setup going on and I have no rubbing, bottoming, or problems at all.
Its fun to run the whole "race car" thing every day on the street, but it gets old after a while. I'm glad I didn't go with anything too extreme

Those rates sound pretty good. I am very happy with my C3 Motorsport coilover kit with 450f/750r spring rates, but keep in mind I have no rear swaybar.
With stock sways, 450/650 should be pretty nice.

The ST springs that Tunershop is offering as KW replacements are NOT the same springs. Apparently they are much softer than the real KW's.
8atman just installed them and hates them because they are way too soft.
I had the real KW 60/40's and they were very stiff, I'd say about the same as H&R race.

oh ok. yeah i talked to suspension techniques in california. yeah i heard they were kinda soft. thats another reason why im not gonna get those springs. i think im gonna go with the ground control coilover setup though. i am convinced on it. plus its only an extra $100-200 for the conversion kit. i already have the bisteins and i like the idea of being able to adjust to whatever height i want. My one question is how low will the coilovers be able to go??
I just looked on tunershop and the springs are TS and the drop is 50/30. Where are you guys finding these 60/40 springs at??

So you spoke to a representative and they told you that the spring rates were softer? Just wondering. Damn would have been nice to know that before hand!
