    Opinions of Kosei K1s

I know im gonna get a mega "r3v style flaming" . I think kosei K1s are the most annoying wheels ever. Here is my reasoning: they look way too undersized, and the six spoke design just looks awful.

Just had to get that off my chest.

I agree. I would ONLY consider them for track wheels because then it doesn't matter much. I guess they are lightweight and that is why evryone likes them but 20lbs extra for a nice set of wheels is worth it in my book. ;)

Someone post that 3/4 angle shot of Rosica's old black e30 backed into the parking space.

          They're ugly.

That being said, they're light, cheap, and reasonably strong. They also come in the proper offset to fit e30s. When you do break one, they're not ridiculously expensive to replace.

Yea that's why people paint them black. Can't see them when they're black!

Why not just paint them invisible then?

I meant to put that in the original post, that they are more for function than form. Great track wheel, yes, but if used for anything other, i think they do little for the asthetics of the car.

Josh I dont see how this post is irrelevant:

                      Apperance and cosmetic: Check
Talking about the apperance and cosmetic: Check
Am I offering an opinion, on a highly opinion based forum: Check

While I have seen alot of people, running around, acting like Koseis are gods gift to the 4x100 world of wheels, I wanted to offer an other opinion.

I don't like Koseis very much either, the only car that I have truely loved their look is Rosicas'. Other than that, echo above statements. Good, cheap, track rims. They get the job done well.

I'd buy a set for the track, but I agree that they aren't that great looking, and I'd probably never use them on the street. however they are definetly not the worst E30 wheel ever, and I'd take K1s any day over bottlecaps!
