    15" or 17" wheels?

    Bavarian Autosport are kindly donating a set of four wheels to the E30 Picnic raffle.

    If you were to win these in a raffle, would you want 15" or 17". both would be 7" wide.

    Poll included.

    I myself would rather have 17s, but I think 15s would be the safe bet.

        15s. Period correct, lighter in weight, more tire size choices (and said tires will be cheaper too).

                    I was going to say 17s... And i'm a 15" lover!
                    I only say 17 because I think that particular style of wheel might not look right in 15" ? In every other aspect though I'd say 15". plus 7"wide looks way undersized on a 17"wheel imo

                        if its 7" wide, 15's are the only way to go. 17x7's like a wagon wheel. I wouldnt ever go bigger than 16 on an e30 anyway.

                          Agreed- that style might look strange on 15s. The width I also agree on- I pine over things like 15x9s.

                            these look terrible on an E30 as 15's. I've seen a few around town already and they just look wrong. 17's are the way to go for this wheel.

                              17", the only choice for this style. Plus much better street tire selection.
