Finally got it out of the garage....i now have scrape marks leaving it... (need to mod my exhaust a little more)

Do you have to do any fender rolling with this set-up? I'm really thinking of getting this set-up for my '87 5sp.'02 Outback wagon

Front is sorta-flush, but not nearly enough low to call it flush fitment.
I want THIS for my touring.
 
I'm thinking some 16 or 17" OEM 5x120 wheels with some adapters, the wider the better and around a 0 offset.
