Anyone running a 17x8 et0?
I'd like to do style 5s with a 4x100 to 5x120 20mm adapter. This would turn the style 5s from et20 to et0 correct?
Then run a 215/40 or 205/40?
let me know what you guys think.Comment

205/40, with pulled fenders. You'll also want a 5mm spacer on the back just to even out the fitment, as the front will be poking. I still don't recommend such an offset, but if you want to go for it that's the way.Comment

HEy MYstikal, Some serious advice needed here:
I got two cars:
the E30:
and the 2002:
Should I go lower in the 02 For perfect stance, What spacers should I run on either car to get some legit/ perfect fitments. Also for the 2002 I have some 15in euroweaves. wondering what tire you recommend( its also turbocharged). I love the look of slammed cars, with perfect fitment. Wondering if I should go coilovers for the 2002 as well. maybe even trade wheels with either car?
the konig rememberers are on 195 50 16 I think and are et24
Let me know what you think,
Thanks[/url]

16x9 et12 all around.
Tires are 215/45/16 Direzza DZ101's.
How much fender work do I need in the front or back -- the car's on coilovers.

The Konigs should be +20. I say buy proper sized tires (up to 225/45) and just enjoy it as is. If you really want spacers, you can fit a 10mm in the back with those tires with plenty of space left.Comment

10mm in the rear is about enough. Front completely depends on the camber, if you dial it way up you could do 15mm+, but that wouldn't be too smart.Comment
-
Roll the rear fenders completely flat and see if that's enough. Depending on spring rate and ride height you may need a slight pull on the rear.Comment

They are drilled 4x100 so the offset is still et23 standard.
Same specs as you gave me?Comment

Friendly Hello to everyone and big thanks to Mystikal for so much great info on wheel fitments. I'm a new guy here and recently picked up an '88 325iX. I would like to use either 16x7 et20 or 16x7.5 et 20 5 bolt wheels on my iX. I will be using 18mm adapters to install the wheels (effectively giving me et2) and 205/55/16 tires. Will this all work on my iX? Thanks!Comment

I just got my ESM002's 16x7.5 et 20. Lowered ~1.6 inches on FK's with rolled fenders. I was set on 205/50/16 G-force sports but now I'm thinking 205/45/16 might be better. Should I stick with the 50's? Any comments on the tires? I wanted to be able to get them at Tire Discounter, these will be daily driver ish tires and for play on streets, not track tires. I just want something with decent treadwear, balance and ~$100/tire. Seemed people on here are OK with them.
Thanks.Comment

Racing dynamics RGR 17x8 5x120 ET38 with 245/45/17 tires. tire size calculator is saying its 1.7" too big and from what i've read on here that is way too much.
i'll most likely not be lowered as i'll use the stock e36m3 springs.
thanks
