ASK ALL WHEEL/TIRE FITMENT QUESTIONS HERE - The Official Wheel/Tire Fitment Thread
16x7.5 et23 I want to fit atleast a 225/45. Late model e30. Will I need to roll fronts? Will I need spacers up front to clear struts? Rears have flares so not to worried about rear. Prolly use falken fk 452's or nexen n3000's. Its a lowered daily driver.
I have 16x8 et20 with 205/50 on now but looking to sell the wheels.
Thanks. I tried looking thru the thread but i must have a.d.d.
89 325i: 86 535i motor+trans, JE forged pistons, MLS head gasket, ARP head studs, Comp turbo, GoodNTight b34 turbo manifold, e30.de motor mounts, AKG 75D engine/trans mounts, custom 3" exhaust, intercooler, MS2PNP, Megan Racing Coilovers.
17x10 ET20 with 245/35/17 tire will it fit in the rear with just a rolled fender lip?
Or do I need much more massaging?
Even with a super-stretched 225/35 17x10s require a bit of a pull to work properly. I'd put 245/35 in the realm of "doesn't fit" but enough fender work could change that.

Fits fine, no spacers. Note that those Nexens run extremely wide in that particular size (I test fit them once on my E30 on a 16x8 +20 wheel).
I would like the rims to sit as close to flush with the guards as possible. I have a mate with a guard roller so rolling guards wouldnt be a problem id rather not pull them tho.
The car will be on bc coilovers and it will be 70mm off the ground at its lowest point.

Option 1: 20mm front spacers to clear the struts. F: 205/40. R: 225/35.
Option 2: 205/40 all around. Probably toss a 5-10mm spacer on later to taste (even out front-rear stagger a bit on your early arches).
I have 17x 9s and the offset is et22. Does anyone know if these will fit? As far as the front and back? I'm pretty low but I was planning on stretches too

Yes, I know. :p You'll need 8-10mm spacers to use those on the front axle, while the rears need nothing.
