    I've got a stock 92 cabrio.

looking to buy a square set of 16x7.5 et30.

I think I need 10mm spacers up front, but how about in back? And what tire size would be best?

    Thanks,
    Rich

        E30 M3 on HR Sports:
        17" BBS RCs
17" Style 5 with 3 MM spacer up front
        17" ACS 1 piece

Do not want any stretching while also no rubbing.
        Thanks!

Are there any good 205-60-14 tires that you would suggest?

How badly did I screw up?

              I bought some Borbet Type T's 16x9 et30.

The seller advertised it as 16x8 which I thought I could work with.

From what I've read I'll probably need a roll, and will definitely need some kind of spacer? Not too into the very flush look (as defined by 92 mtechnic cabrio's OFFICIAL FITMENT THREAD) and certainly not the poke, but I do want to look decent and to be able to steer while I'm cornering without rubbing.

              Currently on H&R/Bilstein setup.

                Maybe, what offset are they?

You suggested a 225-40-16 before but that size is impossible to find, I also feel that 215-45 or 215-40 will work but I like tire selection at 225-45 what do you think?
Not a chance. 215s are a better choice.

I'd suggest 15mm all around with 205/45 tires for a nice, slightly flush look.

Or if you want big tires, 10mm all around and either 205/50, 215/45, or 225/45.

Good on a Civic. Needs spacers and rings worth more than the wheels for an E30.

Nope, bolt em up. I'd suggest 205/45.

Not possible with 9" wheels. It wouldn't look very good at that ride height either, you'd have to slam the thing.

                              Jay,

When test-fitting my new Konig Flatout 15X8 ET25 and BFG Rival 225-45-15 they rub on my '91 325i OEM front struts. Didn't expect that from this combo.

How can I tell what size spacers I need? Are cheap spacers OK, or if not, who should I source them from? Any help would be appreciated.
