 Help with offsets?

Can anyone help me understand the offsets of my wheels? There must be something obvious that I am missing here.

I purchased a set of four 16" BBS RS from another member:

 2x BBS RS 005 - original specs 16x7 ET11
 2x BBS RS 061 - original specs 16x8 ET20

The way I would expect to run these would be the 005 in the front, and the 061 in the rear. HOWEVER, here's where it gets tricky. The PO of these wheels replaced all four barrels with the same size - effectively making them 16x7.5 all around. No changes to the lips.

 So my questions are:
-How do I calculate the effective offsets for these wheels after these changes?
-Which pair should I run in the front & rear?

Thanks in advance all These are on what will eventually be my E30 M3 cabriolet replica. These are on what will eventually be my E30 M3 cabriolet replica.

When you say replaced all four with the same size, you are not being very specific. All same size meaning the front and back have the same size barrels or the same as oem? Either way any increase or decrease in barrel size without altering lip and hub will increase or decrease et 6.5mm positively or negatively for every half inch I hope this helps.

Sorry, what I meant to say is that they were replaced with four identical barrels - I don't know what size barrels, but the total width of all four wheels is now 7.5"

That is very helpful, thank you! The 005s were increased by a half inch, so would that mean instead of 11mm offset they are now 17.5mm?Comment

The opposite actually, when you increase the width you decrease the et/offset. So it would actually be 3.5
