Engine and drivetrain 7/10 and body/interior 7/10 seem to go for 7 to 8k nowadays

Mileage well over 150k and the price starts dropping. Mint condition ones can go over 10k depending on recent repair/preventative maintenance done.

Condition and care is everything, mileage is the least important IMO.

Here's one that just recently sold on ebay. I'm kind of surprised to be honest. 91 M5, 159K, 45 bids only brings in $5600? That's the price of a decent E30 with the same or higher miles.

Now is the time to buy them if you want to sink tons of money into E34 with it's expensive as fuck inline 6 and sls susp.

That's what I've noticed as well... wouldn't mind having one but still expensive as fuck for parts.

I passed on a deal someone threw at me for $4k after talking to a local shop about cost of service it would need in the next 5k miles, scared the crap out of me.
