      you have to use the anti-seize before you put them in, it keeps them from getting stuck. for now you'll have to use PB Blaster, and hopefully you have access to an impact.

            drill hole in said bolt, insert easy out bit, easy out that bish, replace with new 25 cent bolt.

                Wow. It should be easy as pie to remove the set screw from a car from TX.

                For those cars that have been driven in the harsh winters of the Northeast, you will likely need a torch and an impact driver--one of those manual drivers that you attach a screwdriver or allen bit on one end, and hammer the other end.
