                                  i think it's pretty cool for a concept car obviously it needs to be toned down for a more mass market vehicle but i like the design direction...

                                      Why would that wheel need turbines? Isn't most of the braking accomplished using resistance from the electric motor. Also the turbines look as if they may be articulatedfor some reason....
