A good plus to having properly valved shocks though is that your ride is going to be also better on the street :)

I'm actualy going for the unbearable ride on the street thing. Noob question: Why does it make a difference having them revalved? I don't know much about how they work, but I awas under the belief that since there is little travel as longs as you have shocks for lowered springs it won't matter?

in theory, shocks control the springs.......JS's are very very hi rates...the car will porpoise around like a slammed Honda w/ really bad valving...

its not only needing shocks for a lowered ride ht...ITS ALOT MORE

I cant argue that.....but if some1 thinks these are truly streetable, then they are comfy sleeping on plywood.

These are just livable on the street...........at the most. But thats only my .02!

I have the pads in the back and 225/50/15's I run as track tires, I don't rub.

As for rubbing, I'm going to guess it depends on offset.

Aren't these the 700#F/1000#R springs? Yeah, ride comfort is not your friend.

I loved them. I recently sold them and went with coils. I may be kicking myself later but oh well.

Reading through other threads, most if not all people are satisfied with this set-up. I was originally going with hr-race but their too soft for the drop, and I don't want coil-overs. Also, I have heard some refer this setup as to the best handling setup for the money.
