These "euroweaves" came on the real M Technic cabbies we got here in the US.Leave a comment:

They were Optional here and it lists them in the US option catalog. Reason why they are referred to as Euro weaves is most cars got these as standard 325i sport equipment. Even EU had baby 14" weaves but they are Very uncommon.they only came on cars in europe.
if you could get them at the stealership when e30's were new, they likely had to be shipped from europe. Or else we would have a heck of a lot more of them here.
I can get some parts for my e30 touring through the dealer. however they likely aren't stocked at US dealerships, they probably have to get them from europe.
it's just a contraction of europe and basketweaves. so everyone knows what they're talking about. so we don't have to type out "15x7 basketweaves with a lower offset," we can just say euroweaves.
Many dealerships back in the day would also custom order BBS from Tirerack and install them and sell your oem as take offs.
Regardless they are cool and look great on E30's and for that matter Golf I'sLast edited by M-technik-3; 10-10-2009, 07:54 PM.Leave a comment:

they only came on cars in europe.this kills me. if they were available at the dealership in the US then they aren't EURO weaves, They are simply 15x7 basketweaves with a lower offset. Now a euro plate filler is an understandable euro part because they weren't available here until the demand came up for the european over the US style plate fillers. And dont think I'm picking on you ColdAccord, I give my friends shit for saying it too.
$700 dollars for those is way too much. Should have held out for a set to pop up in the states, Clean wheels none the less.

there are BBS RZs that are 15x7 ET24, and there are "euroweaves" made by someone that are 15x7 ET24, and as far as i know they are identical but i'm sure someone knows if there is a super tiny difference.Leave a comment:

Forgive me for asking, but what the bloody hell is the difference?Leave a comment:

what? that's retarded. if they are 15x7 et24, they are euroweaves. there isn't another version of 4x100 weaves other than for the ix.this kills me. if they were available at the dealership in the US then they aren't EURO weaves, They are simply 15x7 basketweaves with a lower offset.
