I generally stay in the left lane all the time, but the second I see someone catching up to me and wanting to pass, I move over to let them by.

Does it mean you are glancing at your rear view mirror every second? If not, you should move to the right lane. ;)

I been driving for about 5 years now and have not seen a sign that said left lane is for passing or whateve. Only signs I see is slower traffic keep to right.

Georgia is "Keep Right Except To Pass". Florida is "Slower Traffic Keep Right".

AZ has to have the dumbest drivers i've ever seen. EVERY time is see somebody going to pass another car they will almost floor it to get ahead of them but as soon as they are an inch infront they slow down to the same speed and create a fuckin roadblock. this seriously happens at least 5 times in the couple mile drive to my school be it on the highway or city streets, its like they are scared to be behind another car or to pass them move back over cause they all end up going the same speed anyway...

Okay, here's the deal. You cruise in the right lane - TRAVEL lane - at all times. If you are coming up to a car or group of cars you would like to pass, you switch lanes and pass them, and immediately go back into the travel lane. I have NEVER seen that rule enforced here in Kansas City. We pass right lane, left lane, up lane, down lane and cruise wherever we want to.

1, I also can't stand people peddling in the damn left lane with nobody to their right. Move the F over!!!

2, I believe PA law says keep right except to pass, UNLESS someone is merging on - you are supposed to move over if you have the room to do so. I like that part.

It is written on the side of the highways on huge signs, all over North America, and even the rest of the world. Everyone knows (except you, I guess), that left lane is only for passing.

This does not apply in CA. People think lanes are a road's cute little decoration. People drive in whatever lane is divined to them.
