    $39,000 m3

    Via Jalop:
BMW claims to build Ultimate Driving Machines. And while a number of their mid-eighties efforts belied that assertion, Nice Price or Crack Pipe has an E30 that ultimately you're going to want to drive.

Most here think a $1000 for an e30 is big bucks.

Maybe I'm out of touch with E30 M3 prices, but $25,000 can get a clean example these day, correct? $40,000 is huge.

Ah, found a thread on S14.net about it. Supposedly the Sport Evo interior was 10k itself. I couldn't justify that extra cost. The original $29,000 asking price seems well in line, then the extra is the seller passing on the cost of the interior swap.

I think it's fair to be honest.

I drove a pristine 25k M3 that sold for ~$23k about 4 years ago; they are getting more expensive, not less. This is high, but not out of the realm of possibility...

I think its a fair price, it has low mileage, well maintained and unrestored. Everyone wants a deal and this isn't that but you would be hard pressed to find another one for sale like this at all, let alone a cheaper one.

this seems like a fairly reasonable price. It looks to be in mint condition

I would say that it's probably more like a 30k car than a 40k since it seems the only EVO parts are the Alcantara Tech2 Steering wheel and the rare Mtech Interior. The body seems to be completely US standard other than that, unless I'm missing something? I could easily see this car selling for 30k, even 35k

He wanted $29k, then he spent $10k on the fresh interior work, which he's appearantly added to the original asking price. There is one with 58k miles that was going for $25k, but was a little cosmetically worse, with a few stone chips.
